The banana plugs that came with my speaker cables seemed wobbly in the binding posts of my speakers. I read in another review here that these plugs gave the reviewer a good, tight fit. Another reviewer stated the plugs would not even fit into his binding posts. So I decided to give them a try. The plugs came well packaged. They also seem as good quality as the plugs that came off my not-so-inexpensive speaker wires. 12-gauge wire fits pretty good in the housing and the little screws make for a great connection. Finally, they fit very snug in the binding posts, what I was looking for all along. One reviewer mentioned there was no way to tell the + from the -. The ones I received have a red band around them for + and a black band for -. Highly recommended.
