2 spacers with 8 machine screws are included. Each spacer has a foam seal on one side. There are marks on the oxide layer, but it's from shipping.Apart from what you can see, the counterbore is ¼” deep and 9/16” wide. Fit my 6.5" speakers perfectly and screw right onto the speaker mount.
