Great device for an older system to get Bluetooth. The features and ease of use are great on the system. The install was easy and fit great.This was relatively easy to install and worked right away. I somehow expected there to be a 2nd Aux input connector on the back of the radio, but you actually have to feed the audio cable through the front of the fairing and connect it to the 3.5 mm jack. That's a bit kludgy. Apparently the 2nd Aux input is internal and connecting to it requires that you take the radio apart.The installation in the dash is a bit different than with the factory gauges. There is no bracket in the back but rather a big plastic lock nut. I used a bit of threadlocker on that, just in case.So far I like the blue light on the dashboard. We'll see if that changes after a longer ride in the dark.Installed on a 2011 Harley Davidson street glide. This worked great and looks awsome, now I have bluetooth and I still have my oem stereo. Installation was not hard there are you tube videos that show you how to install it. Strongly recomend it.Install was easy on my 2008 Ultra Classic. Took out the air temp gauge and this was a perfect fit. Ran wire across and come up on the right side of the radio and plugged in with no issues. No issues with the connection. Simple upgrade if you want blue tooth on your older model radio.A motorcycle, never complain or return stuff but should be compensated for damageMy Bike is about ten years old, ordered the Hogtunes Speakers, Tweeter pod, BT Connector and Tune Trapper Antenna. All went in pretty easy, had to move a few screws, snip a few zip ties, but it all fit in neatly, and even taking my time, was done in a few hours. As for the BT controller, its not as convenient as handlebar controls, but with new smart phones, lets you move to the next song with gloves on. Phone stays in pocket.Works ? great’Works awesome. Great option for adding bluetooth to your bike. Goes right unto the factory holes in your fairing. With the tools and a good mindset anyone can complete this job.After a couple rides, the volume up button depressed and would not come back up. Contacted the seller - Konquer Online - was responded to immediately with a solution. Jason from Konquer Online suggested using the warranty directly through Hogtunes. My first thought was... oh man here we go! So I carried on, filled out the warranty page. Holy moly! Again, immediately was contacted by Hogtunes! In about 30 minutes all together... they are sending out a replacement today. Excellent communication from both the seller and the company.First off it was delivered on schedule. Great packaging and the instructions were very easy to follow. One thing I did that made it way easier to get the air temp gauge out is remove the small steel bracket that attaches to the fairing support and the speaker as well as removed my fuel gauge to make room for a small wrench to tighten the but on the BTS controller. All in all it took me only about 15-20 minutes to install. The BTS works as advertised and is very easy to use.Very, very easy install....Links up quickly to my bluetooth.Buy it and stop using those blue tooth sticks!!!The adapter fits perfectly and connects instantly every timeHighly recommendSeems to work good but only gave a four star as it won’t be tested for another two months.
