They fit very snugly in a keystone wall plate, and they come with very good crimp connectors that fit very firmly on the posts. Spring latches are very strong which makes them a bit hard to install the wire, but once they're in they stay put. Best used with 16ga or smaller wire. 16ga is a tight fit.
