I have a pair of JBL components in the front and wanted a pair in the back as well (rear speakers are near the floor). I knew I didn't wanna shell out out a ton of cash for the rear set but I did want something that was going to provide decent sound and not clash with my front system.I have these powered with a JBL 5 Channel amp and this set absolutely sings!!I thoroughly recommend them to anyone with an amp. If you don't have one, I dont know how a factory/aftermarket head unit will run them. They don't seem power hungry so I think it's safe to say that it will be just fine.The highs are sharp and crisp. They can be a bit bright but nothing that can't be corrected with tuning. The mid bass is excellent!! Much much much better than the expected!The inline crossover make the installation process much easier! ( I really liked the idea of a box style crossovers but man, was it a pain in the rear to install those)Overall, If I had to do it again, I might have saved myself the extra cash and just bought an extra set of these for the front and saved myself the money from buying a more expensive system for the front.
