I bought this after returning a brand new no-name brand chinese-made one with many hundred reviews. The first (returned) headset said it was noise cancelling etc. but team members and customers were complaining that I sounded bad on conference calls, and if I called my wife while on my lunch walk she said the wind noise was horrible. This is AMAZING by comparison. The first thing I love is the way the product feels in my hands, it feels well built, solid and reliable -- light doesn't have to mean cheap.I can walk by landscapers with leaf blowers and lawnmowers blaring and no one hears a thing on the other end. I hear calls and podcasts clearly and no one has complained about my voice.If I'm on all day calls it only ends up lasting about 6 hours, not great but survivable for a work day if charged on breaks.I love that I can sync it with my work laptop and phone simultaneously and take Zoom or Skype meetings and seamlessly switch to a cell phone call or teleconference.Absolutely no problems with getting the "renewed" one -- cost the same as that no-name one and cam in original packaging with absolutely no visible damage/wear and all the original accessories -- accessories were unused, headset had no paired devices on initial boot and synced to my devices with no problem.
