The keyboard came earlier than the expected delivery date. It came packaged in a ton of bubble wrap and the packaging wasn't damage. it is very cute and works well! the instructions are in Korean, so downloading a translator app would be helpful. Connecting it to iPad and/or laptop is very simple and easy. the sound is also really pleasing to hear, it isn't quiet though so keep that in mind. the keyboard types in both English and Korean. For the iPad (I have the 2017 iPad Pro 10.5 inch), switching keyboards requires you to press "caps lock" and for the Mac, it requires you to change it via your laptop and not the keyboard.Over all, I'd buy again.
